Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Actively follow up on leads.
  • Manage the leads in CRM through planned activities.

Proposal & Tender Support

  • Draft and review proposals.
  • Participate in government tender responses, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
  • Work with vendors and OEMs.

Client Engagement

  • Conduct solution presentation sessions with prospective clients.
  • Understand industry verticals and drive industry-specific solutions.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
  • Account-based marketing campaigns.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Provide weekly activity reports, contribute to strategic planning and market analysis.
  • Represent company on different forums.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the ICT sector.
  • Experience with government procurement processes and tendering is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
