Job Title: Business Development (Sales)
Work Location: Dar es Salaam
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development (Sales) professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling IT and software solutions, particularly within the banking and financial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT, software, and financial solutions sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present, negotiate, and close sales of IT and software solutions.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of IT solutions for the banking and financial sector.
- Proven track record in selling IT or software products.
- Experience in banking or financial solutions is essential.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
