We’re Hiring: Camp Manager – Mainland Tanzania

Beach Safari Holidays is looking for an experienced and passionate Camp Manager to lead one of our safari properties in Tanzania.

What You’ll Do:

-Oversee daily operations across all departments
-Lead, train, and support staff
-Host guests and ensure exceptional service throughout their stay
-Personally handle check-ins, check-outs and guest relations
-Manage stock control, purchasing, costing, and daily cash reports
-Inspect rooms and facilities to maintain high standards
-Drive sales by knowing all available activities and services
-Work closely with the GM on budgets, reports, and maintenance plans

What We’re Looking For:

-Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar hospitality management role
-Well spoken, outgoing and professional in appearance and behaviour
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Fluent in English and Kiswahili
-Hotel school or higher education (advantage)
-Sales-focused with strong cost control skills
-Computer-literate and confident with reservation systems
