CASHIER
Requirements
- Certifificate/Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years’ experience as a Cashier or in cash handling
- High level of integrity & attention to detail
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & mobile money transactions
Typical Duties (include but not limited to)
- Receive payments & issue official receipts
- Verify voucher serial numbers for accuracy
- Execute disbursements with approved authorization
- Safeguard cash/checks & deposit daily in bank
- Process & reconcile mobile money transactions daily
- Report dishonored checks to Chief Accountant & Credit Officer
