Requirements:
Experienced in a similar role
Expertise in intercontinental cuisines
Strong knowledge of stock management and cost control
Creativity in menu design
Good communication skills
Knowledge of food hygiene & safety standards
A positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Living nearby Mianzini, Sanawari, Philips or Ngulelo is an added advantage
