Job Opportunity: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth across customer segments.
• Provide regional leadership to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
• Develop strategic business plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory frameworks.

Core Competencies:

• Proven track record in leading commercial operations.
• Deep understanding of customer service, risk management, and credit systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performance teams, foster innovation, and lead organizational change with integrity, excellence, and vision.
• Record of driving transformational growth, developing, and executing strategic commercial plans across multiple geographies and customers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Accredited university degree; relevant postgraduate qualifications or executive/C-suite experience in strategy formulation and implementation.
