Role Overview: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

The CCO is the primary architect of the bank’s market growth. You will report directly to the CEO and lead the strategy for acquiring and retaining customers across Tanzania’s agricultural and cooperative sectors.

  • Market Roadmap: Developing a national strategy for cooperatives, MSMEs, women, and youth.

Education Bachelor’s + MBA (Finance, Economics, or related).
Seniority 10+ years in Banking, with 5 years at Senior Executive level.
