Role Overview: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
The CCO is the primary architect of the bank’s market growth. You will report directly to the CEO and lead the strategy for acquiring and retaining customers across Tanzania’s agricultural and cooperative sectors.

Market Roadmap: Developing a national strategy for cooperatives, MSMEs, women, and youth.

Digital Adoption: Scaling mobile, internet, and agency banking to reach the unbanked.

Partnership Ecosystem: Building bridges with FinTechs and Mobile Network Operators (MNOs).

2. Candidate “Fit” Profile
To be a successful candidate, you must bridge the gap between high-level commercial strategy and the specific needs of rural finance.
