Position Summary

The Cluster Manager will supervise multiple sales teams within a designated geographic area or market segment. The role focuses on developing effective sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring that sales operations meet company targets.

  • Tanga

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise retail shops within the assigned cluster.
  • Plan and coordinate all sales activities to achieve monthly targets.
  • Monitor team performance and submit regular reports.
  • Conduct monthly audits of products, stock levels, and shop accounts to ensure timely deposit of sales cash.
  • Address team feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Follow up on customer credit purchases and manage defaulters.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure proper use and management of company assets within the district.
  • Utilize the sales software application to monitor daily market activities.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong mentoring, coaching, and people management abilities.
  • Creative decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to travel or relocate within the assigned regions for sales activities.
