Title: Collection Officer
Vacant position: 1
Work Station: Zanzibar
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor NPL accounts, ensuring at least 95% have timely feedback and follow-up actions.
• Prepare and submit NPL schedules to employers and ensure payroll reloading is completed within set timelines.
• Conduct regular reviews of portfolio performance and share weekly updates with the Head of Collection.
• Engage with retired clients to facilitate deductions from social security benefits and submit monthly status reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with HROs and participate in all scheduled trainings to enhance performance and compliance.
Job Requirements
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mediate and resolve issues effectively.
• High level of adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
