Position: Community Organizer Interns
Job Locations: Dar es Salaam, Mtwara, Morogoro

Job Purpose:
To organize and manage clients, facilitate financial transactions, and contribute to the development and growth of the branch’s loan portfolio while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and safeguarding principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage clients to facilitate transactions with the organization and contribute to the branch’s portfolio growth.
- Admit new clients according to set targets and facilitate loan disbursement to eligible borrowers.
- Identify potential clients through surveys and field outreach activities.
- Ensure timely collection of loan installments and pursue overdue recoveries in line with set targets.
- Execute all duties in accordance with organizational regulations, policies, and circulars.
- Prepare accurate and timely weekly and monthly reports.
- Ensure safeguarding standards are implemented and adhered to in all activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Public Administration, Microfinance Management & Enterprise Development, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in the microfinance industry or related programs are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer service orientation.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Results-oriented with good time management and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
