On behalf of our client, we are looking for a courier and messenger who will be responsible to: 

1. • Collect and deliver documents, packages, and parcels between offices, members, partners, and other external stakeholders as assigned.
   • Ensure the timely and secure delivery of sensitive or confidential materials, following established protocols and procedures.
   • Sort incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate recipients or departments within the organization.
   • Prepare outgoing mail for dispatch, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating with courier services for pickup and delivery.
   • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry, to support the smooth operation of office activities.
   • Provide backup support for the office receptionist and office attendant as needed, including covering front desk duties or assisting with office maintenance tasks.
   • Run errands outside the office, such as purchasing office supplies, obtaining signatures, or delivering documents to external agencies or partners.
   • Ensure the safe and timely completion of errands, adhering to traffic regulations and safety guidelines while traveling.
   • Maintain effective communication with staff members and stakeholders regarding delivery schedules, special instructions, or changes in delivery status.
   • Report any issues, delays, or discrepancies in deliveries promptly to the appropriate supervisor or manager for resolution.
