CREDIT OFFICER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate loan applications and make informed decisions on loan approvals and denials.
- Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Identify and mitigate risk to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions.
- Meet sales targets and performance goals.
- Business growthQUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 year of experience in lending or a related field.
- Strong understanding of loan products and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree or diploma in Finance, Business, Microfinance, Community or related field.
- Degree or diploma in Finance, Business, Microfinance, Community or related field.
- Motorbike riding skills is an added advantage.INTERVIEW DATE
