Key Responsibilities:
High level of customer care skills
Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
Assist customers with inquiries, account management, and technical support related to betting services.
Educate customers on betting options, odds, promotions, and responsible gambling practices.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Graduate (Diploma or equivalent in any Field)
Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili (written and verbal).
Very good Computer skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
Knowledge or interest in sports and betting is preferred.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is an advantage.
Team Player with a positive “can do” attitude
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast and dynamic, multinational, multilingual and
multicultural environment;
Must be able to work 24/7 on shifts and weekends/holidays as scheduled.
