KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement the KCB Tanzania Digital Marketing Strategy in alignment with the Bank’s guidelines to ensure consistent and coherent brand messaging.
- Create and manage data-driven digital campaigns to engage target audiences and support business objectives.
- Lead content strategy, creation, and execution across all digital platforms, including social media, websites, and mobile apps.
- Maintain the bank’s online brand voice and ensure consistency in tone and messaging.
- Ensure compliance with KCB bank’s Digital and Social Media policies to safeguard brand reputation.
- Monitor digital trends and customer behavior to drive localized, relevant, and innovative marketing approaches.
- Manage reputation monitoring and online review management to protect the bank’s digital reputation.
- Establish digital marketing KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks to measure success as well as ROI, and guide continuous improvement.
- Manage digital marketing budgets with adherence to procurement, finance, and governance standards.
- Build and maintain strategic digital partnerships and coordinate a unified digital content calendar across teams.
