Job Opportunity: Director GeneralThe East, Central, and Southern African Health Community (ECSA-HC) is hiring a Director General. This is a key leadership role based in Arusha, Tanzania, open to nationals of ECSA-HC member states.

Role Overview
- Lead and manage the organization.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and budgets.
- Mobilize resources and maintain partnerships.
Requirements
- Medical Degree and a Masters in Medicine, Public Health, or MBA.
- 10+ years in health program management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent English proficiency.
