Job Description: Driver Coordinator
Location: Arusha, Tanzania

Position Summary: (Location: Arusha – Tanzania)
We are looking for a Driver Coordinator to join our transport company. The role requires someone who is responsible, loyal, and trustworthy with the ability to manage and communicate effectively with drivers while ensuring smooth truck planning for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule trucks for customer deliveries.
- Maintain communication with drivers during trips.
- Track truck movements and prepare basic reports.
- Keep accurate trip and driver records.
- Ensure smooth coordination between drivers and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of work experience in administration or coordination roles (experience in transport/logistics is an added advantage).
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Computer knowledge: spreadsheets (Excel), email, and basic office tools.
- Loyal and stable work history showing long-term commitment.
