Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components to meet organizational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop electrical systems and components according to required specifications.
2. Conduct feasibility studies for new technical innovations and process improvements.
3. Prepare detailed technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
4. Evaluate and test electrical systems, components, and applications for performance and safety.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
6. Analyze system performance and troubleshoot issues to improve reliability and efficiency.
7. Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of electrical design principles and standards.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with circuit design, power systems, and control systems.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
