📝 Position Summary

Envi Sisini Collections is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head of Finance to assume leadership of all financial operations. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the management team, driving financial integrity, compliance, and sustainable growth within the organization.

✨ Key Responsibilities

The Head of Finance will be responsible for a comprehensive range of financial and strategic duties, including:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Leading the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting, and preparing accurate, timely financial reports for management and stakeholders.

• Accounting Oversight: Overseeing all day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with accounting standards.

• Compliance and Risk Management: Guaranteeing strict adherence to Tanzanian tax laws, statutory requirements, and internal financial controls. Ensuring the organization is fully prepared for tax and external audits.

• Team Leadership: Managing, mentoring, and leading the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and integrity.

• Strategic Support: Providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations to the executive management team to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

• Payroll & Treasury: Managing payroll functions and overseeing treasury operations.

🔑 Essential Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.

• Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is mandatory.

• Experience: A minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in a senior finance leadership role.

• Sector Knowledge: Previous experience in the Hospitality sector is highly preferred.

• Technical Expertise: Strong, demonstrable knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws, payroll management, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or similar financial reporting frameworks.

• Skills: Exceptional leadership, integrity, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
