Sanlam Allianz Life Insurance (T) Ltd, a leading life insurance company in Tanzania, has announced 40 job openings for the position of Financial Advisors (Afisa Mauzo) in the sales department. The positions are based at the company’s offices in Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar.

Applicant qualifications

Certificate, diploma, or degree in insurance, business administration, marketing, sales, or equivalent training.
Insurance Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is an added advantage.
Strong ambition to earn high income through successful sales performance.
Experience in selling insurance or other financial services is required.
Willingness to offer customer service in various locations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
Ability to perform accurate calculations.
Strong persuasion and customer relationship skills.
Willingness to work at the Dar es Salaam or Zanzibar offices.
