FLEET MANAGER
Job location: Serengeti, Tanzania
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in mechanical engineering (vehicles) and at least 3 years at managerial level.
- Assist Senior Management in procurement of spares for best balance of cost vs reliability.
- Computer literacy in MS Outlook, Word and Excel is essential.
- Ability to oversee workshops in Seronera and Kogatende.
- Ability to monitor and report on quality of drivers, training and feedback to ensure minimum unnecessary damage to vehicles and minimizing maintenance costs.
