FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER
Job Location: Serengeti
Sector: Hospitality
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise daily breakfast buffet service across all lodge locations, ensuring food quality, presentation, environment, and service standards are consistently maintained.
- Maintain control over food & beverage costs, minimizing wastage and reporting variances.
- Supervise and schedule chef and waiter rotations, ensuring adequate staffing and adherence to leave rosters.
- Train and motivate service staff to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven Food & Beverage management experience, preferably within lodges or resorts.
- Strong expertise in cost control, budgeting, inventory, and stock management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple sites while maintaining high service and operational standards.
