Front Of House Administrator Vacancy at Chem Chem Philanthropy and Safari

Job Title: Front Of House Administrator.

Reports To: Lodge Manager/Camp Manager

Company: Un Lodge En Afrique (Chem Chem Philanthropy and Safari)

Camp:CCL/LCC/FCC Location: Manyara,vilima vitatu, Babati.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Lodge Manager and HOD’s with secretarial duties as and when required:
  • Printing of guest in-room stationery such as welcome cards, departure cards, registration forms, wine lists, spa menus, lunch, and dinner menus for the restaurant.
  • Control of Front of House stationery (papers) – refill when needed from Logistics.
  • Updating the Front of House Task list daily.
  • Updating the cell phone Data Base
  • Support and comply with all health, safety, and quality standards, policies, and procedures of the Company.
  • Any other relevant task allocated to you and requested by management from time to time.
  • Arranging and communicating all private guides accommodation bookings with all departments concerned.
  • Communicating all departure and arrival plans to all respective departments timorously and following up on all outstanding matters
  • Communicate all guest activity plans for the day to all departments timorously and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Keep all departments updated on all relevant guest information and schedule changes
  • Bookings of all guest activities for the day
  • Processing all WMA and TANAPA Permits
  • Updating the Flight Schedule daily
  • Preparing the Daily movement Sheet
  • Updating all departments on guest preferences, requests, and allergies.
  • Updating the guests information and new arrivals
  • Work closely with Chefs and Waiters to ensure that everything is correct and ready with guests.
  • Make sure rooms are inspected before guests arrive.
  • Ensure the boutique is well stocked, neat, and tidy always.
  • Ensure all sales are recorded promptly and entered into the POS system.
  • Ensure all Boutique prices are accurate as directed by the finance offices

      Required Experience.

  • Bachelor degree in Tourism and Hospitality  Management/ related field from the recognized university/college
  • Working experience of not less than 3- 5 years in the hotel industry/ in a well recognised  hotel or  lodge
  • Team-orientation, loyalty, and excellent leadership skills
  • Flexibility, commitment, dedication, positive attitude and reliability
  • Understanding of hygiene Protocol
  • Communicate fluently in English
  • Must work accurately under pressure
  • Knowledge of the lodge and communication systems
  • Computer literate on Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace
