Applications are now being accepted for the following vacancy at Elewana Afrika (T) Ltd:
Positions title: Senior Safari Guide. Walking Safari Guide. Assistant Guide Trainer
Reporting to: Group Head of Guide and Activities Manager
Duty station: Bush Properties, Tanzania
Senior Safari Guide
Experience & Education:
- A minimum of two years lodge based guiding experience
- All mandatory guiding licences
- Fluent English.
- Any additional foreign language a bonus
Walking Safari Guide
Experience & Education:
- A minimum of Four years lodge based experience conducting walking safaris
- All mandatory guiding licences
- Fluent English.
- Applicants with Mweka Diploma Or Degree will be preferred
Assistant Guide Trainer
Experience & Education:
- A minimum of eight years lodge based guiding experience
- Applicants who held Similar position will be preferred
- Fluent English.
- Computer literate
- Flexibility to travel
- Passion for training

Job Function and responsibilities:
- Report to the Group Guide and Activities Manager
- Guide training and development
- Maintaining Elewana Standards
- Mentorship of guide apprentices
- Talent identification, development and mentoring
- Assist with annual appraisals
