Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Department to lead the KONCEPT TV team. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing content and personnel, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality content. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively across departments to align team efforts with the broader goals of KONCEPT TV.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of KONCEPT TV
- Manage and mentor team members to ensure productivity and growth
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive viewership and engagement
- Oversee content creation and enforce quality standards
- Coordinate with editorial, production, and digital teams to maintain cohesive output
- Track performance metrics and recommend improvements where needed
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in team leadership and departmental management
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
- Solid background in content development and editorial quality assurance
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in media, journalism, or a related industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
