  1. 1. KEY JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for the overall management and administration of the Foundation. This includes developing and  managing   Foundation   programs  and

resources,   developing  and  implementing financial management policies, and providing administrative support to the Foundation’s staff.

  1. 2. KEY DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES

o  Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Foundation’s overall operations and programs.

o  Ensure the organization has a solid financial Foundation so it can continue to provide services to the community.

o  Responsible for overseeing financial planning and budgeting, developing financial strategies, and monitoring the organization’s finances.

o Serves as the liaison between the Foundation and the public.

o Prepare reports and track monthly progress of campaigns/donations.

o Run and analyse monthly reports; identify opportunities and look  for trends.

o Gather information to prepare annual and semi-annual reports.

o  Developing and implementing financial controls, overseeing the organization’s investments, and providing financial education and support to Foundation staff.

o  Manage all daily activities at the Foundation in order to ensure that the organization runs smoothly and efficiently.

o  Attend to meetings with board members when required to discuss goals and objectives of the Foundation

o Participate in developing and implementing Foundation policies.

o  Responsible for developing and implementing the Foundation’s mission and vision.

o Leadership skills o Bachelor’s degree preferably in

Marketing/Mass Communication/PublicRelations.

o  Extraordinary communicator with excellent command of Kiswahili and English.

o Decisive,    result    oriented    and o Focused, self-reliant team player,
strong analytical skills in handling customers Customer focusedo Good Communication and oral

skills. Self-starter   and  adaptable to  new e- commerce processes. Good Organizational and planning skills.
