We are now seeking a visionary Head of Human Resources to lead this charge; someone who blends strategic insight with operational precision, and thrives on shaping culture, embedding values, and driving performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the design and execution of TSL’s HR strategy, aligned with our transformation roadmap.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the HR department, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, and retention of high-calibre staff.
  • Champion the implementation and embedding of the new Performance Management System (PMS) across all levels of the organization.
  • Translate organisational values into measurable competencies and drive behavioural change initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, unity and purpose across the organisation.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with corporate and business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in senior HR leadership, preferably within financial services or transformation-focused environments.
  • Proven track record in performance management, culture change and strategic HR delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead with empathy, clarity and resilience.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for empowering teams and driving results.
