Olotu Trading co. Ltd has recently opened a new Hotel Establishment in Arusha, this is a new and exciting hotel establishment located in Arusha, Tanzania. We offer luxurious accommodations and exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable stay in the heart of Tanzania’s safari country.

Our brand new hotel poised to become an example in Arusha’s hospitality scene. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented female housekeeper to join our team and ensure our guests experience exceptional comfort and cleanliness.
About the Role
As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation for our guest rooms and public areas. You’ll take pride in your work, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for all our guests.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Replenish amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens.
- Empty trash and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Report any maintenance issues in guest rooms to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including housekeeping carts and supplies.
- May assist with cleaning public areas as needed.
- Follow all hotel safety and hygiene protocols.
- Deliver exceptional service with a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience cleaning in a hospitality setting (hotel, resort, etc.) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleaning standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit for the demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
