HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance
• Ensure hygiene and safety compliance
• Manage inventory and order supplies
• Handle guest requests and complaints
• Schedule staff and assign duties
• Maintain housekeeping records
• Assist the Housekeeping Manager as needed

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Hospitality or related field
• Minimum 3 years of housekeeping supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
• Ability to handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally
