  • Schedule and organize interviews.
  • Support the planning and scheduling of orientation for new hires .
  • Preparing, monitoring and renewing of staff contracts
  • Ensure that all performance plans and appraisal forms are filed in all respective staff files
  • Notify HR manager of approaching end of contract and follow up with renewals as instructed by managers.
  • Ensure monthly database updated of staff leave/sick day leave balances within stipulated time frame.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Familiarity with Tanzania labor laws;

Qualifications , Skills And Experience.

  • At least a diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Two years working experience in Human Resource department
  • Computer skills – MS Word, Excel and Microsoft packages;
