Position: Senior HR Cum Legal Officer

Location: Dar es Salaam

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee and manage HR functions for the entire company

• Review & implement HR strategies
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, retention & offboarding processes
• Handle employee relations with confidentiality & compliance
• Draft contracts & take minutes at management meetings

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s in Law or Bachelor in HR with postgraduate in Law

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR as a Business Partner

• Strong knowledge of employment law & HR practices

• Skilled in writing meeting minutes
