Position: HR Officer

About the Role
AKO Group Limited is seeking a qualified and dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company’s HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support the performance management process and facilitate staff development programs.
- Handle employee relations, welfare, and grievance management.
- Ensure compliance with Tanzanian labor laws and internal HR regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resources or a related role.
- Solid understanding of Tanzanian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
