We are looking for the following professionals:
2. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration or 3-5 years equivalent work experience.
2.Experience in benefits administration, including enrollment processes and handling employee inquiries is preferred.
3.Understanding of human resources principles, practices, and regulations is preferred.
4.Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations, requiring a high level of ethical conduct, integrity, and professionalism.
5.Ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and propose effective solutions.
6.Self-starter who can exercise independent judgement and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
7.Experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
8.Ability to demonstrate high level of employee collaboration, empathy, morale, and encourage team spirit.
Salary: Tshs 500,000/= Per month
Working hours: 08:00am-05:00pm
NB; One Who knows more that two languages, English and Swahili will be prioritized
