Human Resources Associate (Officer Level)

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Associate to support our regional AzamPesa sales teams in Dodoma, Mwanza, Arusha, Mbeya, and Zanzibar. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR operations, including talent management, performance management, learning & development, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Collaborate with regional hiring managers and implement smooth onboarding programs for sales teams.

Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate sales performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity.

Employee Support: Address HR-related issues and ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.

Learning & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate workshops, and coach sales teams for continuous improvement.

HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and generate performance, attendance, and training reports.

Market Visits: Regular visits to monitor sales dynamics and provide HR support.
Qualifications:

Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of HR and administration experience.
Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
Previous sales experience is a plus.
Behavioral Skills:

Strong communication skills (English & Kiswahili).
Problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Self-starter with excellent time management and decision-making skills.
