Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Bulk Distributors Limited in Arusha. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be between 35-40 years of age
• Masters or Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management from a well-known University.
• At least 5 years proven experience of working as HR manager/HR executive
• Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems.
• A good knowledge of general Tanzanian laws related to the business.
• Relevant experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations
• In depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience in developing HR policies and procedures

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
