Korfovouni Seedpro Limited in Tanzania is part of the Schoneveld Group the Netherlands.  Schoneveld Breeding is specialist in the production and breeding of flowering pot plants.

Korfovouni Seedpro (KSP) is an agricultural company, located in the Arumeru District, near Arusha on the foothills of Mt. Meru (about 2,300 mt).  The company is specialized in production and selling Cyclamen, Primula seeds for the company in the Netherlands.

To attain its mission and vision, Korfovouni Seedpro Ltd is seeking to recruit dynamic, experienced, competent, and qualified Tanzanian expert to fill below vacancies post within the company.

In-charge Seed Production: (1 Position)

Position type: Fixed contract.

Location: Arusha -Oldonyosambu

The In-charge of Seed Production is responsible for supervising all seed production activities. including seed processing, drying, storing etc..

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Horticulture or General agriculture with at least 3 years’ experience working with seed activities within a commercial or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and any other relevant seed experience is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Advance Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• A team player and a relationship builder with strong communications skills
• Strong attention to detail is critical.
• Comfortable with autonomy and proactive in approach
• Results/solutions driven and able to challenge status quo and drives improvement.
• Ability to work under pressure and deadline orientated.
• Focus on improvement and standardization of processes.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adapt to dynamic work environment.
