Role Purpose

The role provides timely, accurate, and actionable information and support to the Zonal EHOD. The position is responsible for developing and implementing effective business reports to enhance decision-making and competitive advantage, establishing frameworks for commercial processes, tracking departmental objectives, and monitoring region team performance disciplines and routines.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis & Reporting

• Provide region teams with reports on connections and airtime revenue.
• Prepare monthly incentive reports for Channel Partners and the SD team.
• Develop sales target-setting templates.
• Prepare monthly performance presentations for Zonal EHOD.
• Provide distribution partner and staff performance reports.
• Prepare financial cost review templates and budget forecasts.
• Track KPIs for new product launches over a two-month evaluation period.
• Prepare region project proposals and business cases.
• Prepare weekly regional reports, dashboards, and management meeting presentations.
• Monitor Sales Capex & Opex budgets as the regional budget champion.

Region Project Routines & Discipline

• Prepare business cases for new projects and initiatives.
• Establish and maintain project routines to ensure timely execution.

Operations & Incentive Management

• Develop and monitor reward and recognition programs for Channel Partners and SD team.
• Run contest results and ensure proper allocation of rewards.
• Compute monthly Sales Incentives (SIP) and R&R according to HR policy, validate with Revenue Assurance, and coordinate with HR for payments.
• Collaborate with Geo-marketing team to review territory and regional boundaries, ROI for Channel Partners, and infrastructure planning.

Business Process Review

• Liaise with other departments on business process reengineering for distribution teams, back office, and corporate segments.

Core Competencies & Experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of products within a product family and Vodafone policies and practices.
• Excellent understanding of reporting and planning processes.
• High-level technical knowledge, with the ability to apply principles and concepts across related disciplines.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Business, Sales Management, or related field (2–5 years experience).
• Advanced Degree (1–3 years experience) preferred.
• Ability to work under high stress with short-term targets.
• Creativity, adaptability, and agility.
