About the job

  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
  • Help manage system updates and ensure proper security measures.
  • Assist in setting up new employee workstations and configuring user accounts.
  • Provide technical support to staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
  • Document IT processes and procedures for internal use.

Qualifications

  • Completed a diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Having degree is an added advantage
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
