Job Summary

The IT Services Specialist, reporting to the Country IT Manager, provides first-line ICT support to staff and guests, ensuring efficient use of IT resources, minimizing downtime, and maintaining all ICT infrastructure, hardware, and software used by Serena Hotels at assigned sites.

Key requirments

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Working knowledge of Computer Hardware, Software, Networks, Firewalls and Wifi Equipment
  • Analytic, Troubleshooting, and Training skills
