Position:IT Support & Web Services Technician
Location: Dar es Salaam
JOB SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will provide technical support related to web hosting, email services, and other IT offerings provided by YanaCorp. In addition to support responsibilities, the candidate should have experience in website design and graphics editing using tools like Photoshop.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT support or website services (internships included).
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, WordPress, basic PHP is a plus).
- Experience using cPanel, DNS management, email setup and troubleshooting.
- Basic proficiency in Photoshop or other image editing tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Customer service oriented and a quick learner.
