IT System Support Engineer
What We’re Looking For:
- A candidate with a Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science
- Experience in IT systems support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of servers, networks, operating systems, and hardware
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Install and configure client computers and servers
- Respond to and resolve IT support requests
- Diagnose system, software, network, and hardware issues
- Provide on-site and remote technical support
- Follow up with clients after troubleshooting
- Repair and maintain IT equipment and systems
