IT System Support Engineer – Level II (1 Position)
Join our Technical Team.
Role Summary
- Responsible for maintaining customer IT environments including hardware, software, networks, storage, and security systems.
- Ensures smooth operations through installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement & improve IT infrastructure solutions.
- Install/configure routers, switches, servers, firewalls, AD, DNS/DHCP.
- Monitor & troubleshoot LAN/WAN, systems & end-user devices.
- Perform upgrades, preventive maintenance & firmware updates.
- Support users with hardware/software installations & connectivity.
- Ensure Office 365, antivirus & backups are functioning properly.
- Handle storage systems (SAN), virtualization & backup technologies.
- Provide incident support, escalate issues & deliver weekly/monthly reports.
Qualifications
- Degree/Advanced Diploma in IT.
- 3–5+ years of IT industry experience.
- Strong LAN/WAN, networking & troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with desktops, laptops, servers & storage.
- Certifications: ITIL, MCSA, CCNA (added advantage).
- Excellent communication, analytical skills & teamwork mindset.
