Requirements:

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience:Minimum of 2 years in the IT sector, with a strong grasp of hardware, software, and networking.
• Skills:Ability to multitask, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain network security, and assist users with both hardware and software.
• Technical Proficiency:Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments; experience with network components such as routers and switches.
• Age Requirement:Minimum 25 years.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee company computer systems, servers, and networks.
• Ensure robust and secure network connectivity and data backup.
• Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Offer technical support to end-users and manage user access rights.
• Implement security policies to safeguard company data and IT assets.
• Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and configuration of software and applications.
