Dodo Catering Services is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join our dynamic team. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Supervisor in Charge
Qualifications: Degree in Hotel Management with 5+ years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the catering services.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service.
- Manage and coordinate staff schedules and performance.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
2. Professional Chefs (2)
Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Food Production with 5+ years of experience, preferably in a campsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Supervise kitchen staff and manage kitchen inventory.
- Develop new recipes and menu items.
3. Assistant Chefs (4)
Qualifications: Certificate in Food Production with 5 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking.
- Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area.
- Assist in kitchen cleaning tasks.
- Ensure proper storage of clean items.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Support in inventory and stock management.
4. Pastry Chefs (2)
Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate in Pastry with 3 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of baked goods and desserts.
- Decorate pastries and ensure presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of pastry section.
- Manage pastry inventory and supplies.
5. Waitresses/Waiters (6)
Qualifications: Basic Certificate in Waiter/Waitress with 1 year of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
6. Dishwashers (4)
Qualifications: Basic Certificate in Housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area.
- Assist in kitchen cleaning tasks.
- Ensure proper storage of clean items.

7. General Cleaners (4)
Qualifications: Basic Certificate in Housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas.
- Dispose of waste and maintain hygiene standards.
- Assist in general maintenance tasks.
- Ensure cleanliness of restrooms and common areas.
8. Purchasing Officer
Qualifications: Degree in Logistics and Procurement with 3 years of experience in hotel/restaurant purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement of food and kitchen supplies.
- Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure timely delivery and inventory control.
- Monitor purchasing budgets and cost efficiency.
