Job Description:

SimbaNET is seeking an experienced Legal and Regulatory Manager to advise and guide the management on:

• Business legal, compliance, and regulatory issues in Tanzania, particularly matters arising from:
  • TCRA (Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority)
  • TRA (Tanzania Revenue Authority)
  • TARURA (Tanzania Rural and Urban Roads Agency) – Note: This seems less likely to be directly relevant to a telecom, might be a typo or broader compliance.
  • BRELA (Business Registrations and Licensing Agency)
  • TANESCO (Tanzania Electric Supply Company Limited)
  • NSSF (National Social Security Fund)

Qualifications:
