Job Vacancy: Logistics Coordinator

🔹 Position Summary
Ten Ventures is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for a fast-growing team based in Dar es Salaam.
The ideal candidate must have experience in the logistics industry or a manufacturing environment, with strong coordination and communication abilities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including dispatch, routing, and deliveries
- Monitor stock movement and ensure timely replenishment
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments
- Prepare and maintain logistics reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards
🔹 Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Strong computer skills; ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
