Position Summary

The Manager, Product Development & Digital Banking will be responsible for developing new products, strategies, and business plans to drive business growth and enhance customer experience through innovative digital banking solutions.


Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and manage the digital banking product roadmap in collaboration with fintech partners (payments, savings, lending, APIs, open banking, etc.).
  • Develop comprehensive business cases for new products and digital initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

2. Partnership Management

  • Build and evaluate business cases for partnership opportunities, including ROI and customer impact analysis.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, commercial models, and SLAs.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept, partner onboarding, and integration to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams.
  • Represent the Bank in fintech ecosystems, conferences, and innovation forums.

3. Product Development

  • Translate customer needs and business goals into product requirements and user stories.
  • Work closely with UX/UI, engineering, and partner teams to deliver seamless and compliant digital experiences.
  • Ensure all digital and fintech solutions comply with risk, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Define and monitor product KPIs (adoption, engagement, revenue, NPS, etc.) for continuous improvement.

🎓 Qualifications and Experience

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Digital Banking, Product Development, Electronic Banking, or a related function within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Digital Banking channels, retail products, and emerging fintech trends.
    • Proven experience in product development and project management.
    • Excellent analytical, planning, and reporting abilities.
    • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
