MARKETING CONSULTANT FOR JOSERA PRODUCTS IN KILIMANJARO     

Job Summary:

JOIN THE FOOD FAMILY LTD is the first African Subsidiary of JOSERA, a famous German company specialized in production and sales of super premium food for cattle and pets as well as for human nutrition. The company successfully exports its products to 70+ countries worldwide and has a history of experience and innovation of over 80 years.

JOIN THE FOOD FAMILY LTD was founded in 2020 and has offices in Arusha and Dar es Salaam to drive the dairy and petfood business in Tanzania and other African countries.

For its dairy business, JOIN THE FOOD FAMILY LTD is looking for a qualified person, who will work on consultancy basis to promote JOSERA AGRIFEED PRODUCTS in the Kilimanjaro Region.

Main Responsibilities/Tasks

1. To introduce Josera products to the market (Agrovet shops, Farms, Millers, Cooperatives)
2. To conduct trainings to farmers/cooperatives
3. To do marketing activities like product promotions, Merchandizing, etc.
4. To do on farm consultancy to dairy farmers within Kilimanjaro region
5. To support the mobile sales within the region
6. To acquire new clients (Agrovets, Millers, Cooperatives, Farms/Farmers)

Knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience

1. Practical experience in product Marketing and promotion particularly in Kilimanjaro region.
2. Practical experience in the dairy/livestock sector (minimum 1 year).
3. Good consultancy capabilities (analytical, communication, problem-solving attitude, target and result-driven).
4. Diploma/Certificate in Animal health and production/Agriculture would be of added value.
5. Fluent in Kiswahili and good in English.
