1. Faculty of Commerce and Business Studies (FOCB)

A. Position: Assistant Lecturer (3 Posts) – Re-advertised

Job Summary: With guidance of senior staff, conduct teaching, research, and public services such as consultancy.

Post 1: Assistant Lecturer (Accounting) (1 Post)

  • Qualifications:

    • Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specialized in Accounting, or Accounting and Finance.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration specialized in Accounting, or a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance (BAF).

    • Must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 (5-point scale) in undergraduate degree and a minimum GPA of 4.0 (5-point scale) for a Master’s degree or equivalent.

Post 2: Assistant Lecturer (Health Services Management) (2 Posts)

  • Qualifications:

    • Holder of a Master of Health Services Management; Master of Science in Public Health; Master of Epidemiology and Biostatistics; or Master of Science in Health Systems Management or related courses.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Management; Bachelor of Health Systems Management; or business related subjects.

    • Must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 (5-point scale) in undergraduate degree and a minimum GPA of 4.0 (5-point scale) for a Master’s degree.

B. Position: Lecturer (Human Resource Management) (1 Post) – Re-advertised

Job Summary: Conduct teaching, research, and public services such as consultancy.

  • Qualifications:

    • Holder of a PhD in Human Resource Management.

    • Master of Science or Master of Business Administration (MBA) specialized in Human Resource Management (HRM).

    • Bachelor of Business Administration specialized in Human Resource Management (HRM).

    • Must meet the required minimum GPA for both undergraduate (3.5) and Master’s (4.0) degrees or equivalent.

  • Experience: Working experience in tertiary education institutions will be an added advantage.

A. Position: Assistant Lecturer (2 Posts)

    • Holder of a Master of Science in Physics.

    • Bachelor degree in Science with Education (specialization in Physics).

Post 2: Assistant Lecturer (Mathematics) (1 Post)

  • Qualifications:

    • Holder of a Master of Science in Mathematics.

    • Bachelor degree in Science with Education (specialization in Mathematics).

    • Must meet the required minimum GPA for both undergraduate (3.5) and Master’s (4.0) degrees or equivalent.

B. Position: Laboratory Scientist (2 Posts)

Job Summary: With guidance of senior staff, conduct teaching, research, and public services such as consultancy.

Post 1: Laboratory Scientist (Chemistry) (1 Post)

  • Qualifications:

    • Holder of a B.Sc. in Biotechnology and Laboratory Sciences or in a relevant field from a recognised institution.

    • Must have registration as a Graduate Scientist.

    • Must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 (5-point scale) in the undergraduate degree.

Post 2: Laboratory Scientist (Biology) (1 Post)

  • Qualifications:

    • Holder of a B.Sc. in Biotechnology and Laboratory Sciences or in a relevant field from a recognised institution.

    • Must have registration as a Graduate Scientist.

    • Must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 (5-point scale) in the undergraduate degree.


3. School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (SOPH)

A. Position: Lecturer (Pharmacy) (3 Posts) – Re-advertised

Job Summary: Conduct teaching, research, and public services such as consultancy. Specific teaching areas include: Unit Processes and Pharmaceutical Calculations; OR Pharmacotherapy; OR Pharmacognosy.

  • Qualifications:

    • Holder of a PhD in Pharmacy.

    • Master of Science or Master of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutics.

    • Bachelor of Pharmacy.

    • Must meet the required minimum GPA for both undergraduate (3.5) and Master’s (4.0) degrees or equivalent.

  • Experience: Working experience in tertiary education institutions will be an added advantage.

B. Position: Assistant Lecturer (2 Posts) – Re-advertised

Job Summary: With guidance of senior staff conduct teaching, research, and public services such as consultancy. Specifically, for teaching Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry and Drug Design.

  • Qualifications:

    • Holder of a Master of Science or Master of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutics.

    • Bachelor of Pharmacy.

    • Must meet the required minimum GPA for both undergraduate (3.5) and Master’s (4.0) degrees or equivalent.
