JOB VACANCY: OPERATIONS & PROJECTS MANAGER
KalimanElectric is seeking to recruit a reliable, organized, and proactive Operations & Projects Coordinator to oversee daily operations and coordinate internal and external projects of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily internal and site operations.
- Manage and monitor all internal and external projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate technicians , site activities, deliveries, and installations.
- Assign daily tasks to technicians and monitor job execution and completion.
- Ensure smooth coordination between operations, sales, store, and field teams.
- Conduct customer follow-up and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project timelines, identify and resolve operational and project-related issues.
- Prepare and submit operational and project status reports to Management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Perform any other duties related to operations and projects as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 Experience in operations or project coordination will be an added advantage.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
