Hiring Program Coordinators to manage bootcamps and inspire Tanzanian kids with coding! We encourage more women to apply-no prior management experience needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Education, Business, or related field.
- Organized, patient, and caring with kids/parents.
- Familiar with tech tools (e.g., Google Sheets, WhatsApp).
- Experience in education or administration a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Handle enrollments, payments, and schedules.
- Coordinate teachers, classes, and resources.
- Communicate with parents on progress and updates.
- Ensure student safety and inclusive environment.
- Assist with marketing and expansion support.
